• Troy McConnell   |   Founder and CEO

• Troy is the founder and CEO of Clever on Demand. Troy has over 23 years experience in Internet online advertising and information technology. He co-founded Batanga, a media business focused on the US Hispanic market, in late 1999. Prior to founding Batanga, he co-founded One Place, Ltd, an Internet webcasting company. Previously, McConnell co-founded and served as Chief Technical Officer of Image Technology, Inc., a digital imaging company specializing in database publishing.

• Anand Raman   |   Technology Management

• Anand leads IT operations at Clever on Demand. Anand has over 17 years experience in the field of information technology designing and implementing process oriented software products. Anand has experience working on various domains including media/entertainment, social networking, banking, and manufacturing. Prior to joining Clever on Demand, he was a senior software architect at Batanga. Before that, he worked for Wachovia, 3M, and Citibank as a software engineer.

• Dawn Guttman   |   Product Management

• A technology and social media enthusiast, Dawn has extensive experience in web project management, product development, and information technology. Before joining the Clever on Demand team, she was a product manager at Batanga.

• Terri Patsch   |   Publisher Services

• With experience in direct sales support, ad agency relations and account management, Terri understands and exceeds client objectives. Most recently Terri managed accounting at Batanga, coordinating with sales and ad trafficking throughout the service delivery lifecycle.

• Jessica Bloch-Schulman   |   Product Management

• Jessica brings more than 10 years experience in web design, strategy, and product development to Clever On Demand's product management efforts. Prior to joining Clever On Demand, she held design management and product development positions at Batanga.

• Caitlin Forman   |   Marketing

• Caitlin joins Clever On Demand with a background in communications and marketing. She is a graduate of NC State University.
